About

P1190412.jpg

My name is James Malone Kirkendall. I am a published writer, award winning photographer & best selling co-author (2019). My work has been featured in magazines, newspapers, blogs and websites. Through historic preservation, I have had the opportunity to document over 30 locations through a partnership with the Abandoned Atlas Foundation. One of my greatest feats has been co-authoring a #1 new release book titled Abandoned Arkansas: An Echo From The Past. My writing talents have also led me to share my autism story through different platforms including Autism Speaks, ADAA, Autism Around The Globe, and Madison House Autism Foundation.

Historic Preservation

Through my lens I have documented historic buildings. It doesn't matter if it was built in the 1900s or the late 90s. It is important to have a thorough documentation in case something were to happen to it. This includes neglect, fire, demolition, or natural disaster.
